MONT SAINT MICHEL

A project on Mont St Michel is, by nature, an extraordinary event. Designing the reception area and the library of Mont St Michel’s abbey was an incredible logistical feat for Prugent Diam Europe. At least 80 helicopter rotations were needed to deliver the furnishings at the Archangel’s feet. The results are the fruits of labour of Frederic Grosjean, interior designer, who worked alongside Prugent Diam Europe’s teams. Together, they developed patina finishes for metal to yield a unique texture and dark colour. The blend of light-coloured oak and metal create a sober, refined atmosphere that pays tribute to the majesty of the place.
