Heathrow airport has draconian-style security regulations, which are especially strict concerning boutique installation prerequisites and materials. Designing a retail space there is a feat that requires several hours of training for the technical teams.
Lancôme solicited Prugent Diam Europe because of its expertise in these types of working conditions. The project’s fine-tuning is the fruit of a close collaboration between the two entities, the technical team, the designers and the brand’s architects. The result meets Lancôme’s prestigious standards: a flagship boutique where the different areas are perfectly identifiable, ushering in a refreshed presentation concept for the brand.
